Payment Process
Order Submission: After selecting your preferred balance training board, click “Add to Cart” and complete cart checkout.
Checkout: Enter the checkout page and fill in the correct shipping information. Please make sure to provide accurate information so that we can successfully ship your item.
Order confirmation: Before completing payment, please carefully confirm the order information, including products, quantity and shipping address.
Select payment method: On the payment page, choose to pay with PayPal. You will be redirected to the PayPal page to enter your PayPal account information to complete the payment.
Successful payment: After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email and can check the order status in your personal account.
What should I do if my PayPal payment fails?
If you’re having trouble making a payment with PayPal, here are some suggestions and steps to help you resolve an unsuccessful payment:
1. Check your PayPal account balance: Make sure your PayPal account has enough balance to complete the payment.
2. Check account status: Make sure your PayPal account is not frozen or restricted. From time to time, PayPal may temporarily restrict payment capabilities for certain accounts due to security reasons. Log in to your PayPal account to check for notifications or alerts.
3. Contact PayPal customer service: If the problem persists, you can contact PayPal customer service.
Cancel Order
You can find the details of your paid orders in your account. You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. If it exceeds 30 minutes, you need to contact Terrion Brown by sending an email to [email protected] to cancel the order.
The refund will be fully refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days after the order is canceled. The exact refund time depends on your payment method.
If the order has already been packed and shipped: the order cannot be canceled. You can refuse to sign or apply for a return after receiving the package. The resulting return shipping charges and other additional costs will be borne by the customer.
Return validity period
If you are not satisfied with the goods you receive or find quality problems, please submit a return or exchange application within 7 natural days after receiving the goods.

Refund time: 1-2 business days
Refund method: Refunds will be made to your original method of payment.
Refund amount:
Canceled orders will be refunded in full (including $6 shipping fee).
Refunds for returns do not include the $6 shipping fee paid by the customer on the initial purchase.
