We use ups express as our logistics partner to ensure your order reaches its destination quickly and reliably.
Shipping Policy
Shipping fee per order is $6.
If the order amount reaches $100 or more, we will provide you with free shipping service.
We do not charge additional shipping tax.
Order Processing Time
Once your order payment is successful, we will pack and ship it for you within 1-2 business days. Ups express will provide real-time logistics tracking information during the transportation process so that you can know the status and estimated arrival time of your order at any time.

Our service hours are monday-friday/9:00 am-5:00 pm (EST).
Orders placed after 5:00 pm monday to thursday will be processed after 9:00 am the next day.
Orders placed after 5:00 pm on friday will be processed after 9:00 am on monday. Orders are not processed on weekends.
Mailing Address
Please make sure the mailing address you fill in is accurate to avoid shipping delays caused by incorrect addresses. If you need to change your mailing address, please contact Terrion Brown at [email protected] to change your address before your order ships.
If the package has been shipped, the address cannot be changed. You can contact the courier company for help.

Shipping time is usually 1-4 business days, shipping time may vary in different regions.
We will deliver within 6 business days. If the delivery exceeds, you can contact Terrion Brown by emailing [email protected] and we will arrange a refund or re-shipment for you.
Cancel Order
You can find the details of your paid orders in your account. You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. If it exceeds 30 minutes, you need to contact Terrion Brown by sending an email to [email protected] to cancel the order.
The refund will be fully refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days after the order is canceled. The exact refund time depends on your payment method.
If the order has already been packed and shipped: The order cannot be canceled because the order has already been processed and the package cannot be returned.
